THE LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES NO.300 is an Anniversary issue as the magazine has arrived to 300 issues. To celebrate it, it was made a magazine with a 55 pages adventure containing six Visions of the Legionnaires saga, drawn each one by different artists. In the first page of the first adventure entitled "The Future is Forever" it says: "Actually, this comic started as Superboy and only became The Legion wich issue number 259 but don't tell... Paul Levitz (writer) and Keith Giffen (penciller) & Larry Mahlstedt (inker) (pages 1 to 5).
In page 6 appears the First Vision with a Superboy adventure drawn by Kurt Schafenberger where we see the first legionnaires, Superboy, Pete Ross and Lana Lang, until page 11.
In page 12 starts the Second Vision drawn by Howard Bender & Frank Giacoia in the style of "TALES OF THE LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES" ended in page 20.
In page 21 "TALES OF THE ADULT LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES presents the Third Vision drawn by Curt Swan & Dan Adkins until page 29.
In page 30 it follows with "A NEW TALE OF THE LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES" presenting the Fourth Vision drawn by Dave Cockrum until page 34.
In page 35 LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES presents the Fifth Vision drawn by James Sherman until page 42.
In page 43 LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES ended with the Sixth Vision drawn by Joe Staton & Dick Giordano until page 53, being pages 54 and 55 a double poster about all legionnaires drawn by Keith Giffen & Larry Mahstdet.
The issue is completed with two pages of LEGION OUTPOST, reader's letters, begining for the one writen by Paul Levitz who reminds how The Legion appeared and the evolutions it had trough the different collections thanking the artists of the long #300 adventure.
